Preparing To Minister
  1. We believe that Gods purpose for all His children is to minister one to the other.
  2. We assist participants in knowing and understanding their present level of ministry.
  3. We share methods and techniques that will make your ministry more sucessful. 
  4. We assist the participants in identifying the strong areas in their lives and how they can be used in their local churches, as well as, the universal body of Christ.
  5. We begin individual counseling with each participant (many participants have already received counseling).
  6. We participate in exercises that help us to see and understand why we have been unsuccessful in working together as a team.
  7. We accentuate the "team" philosophy and the need for it due to the massive job that we are facing as willing vessels.
  8. We stress that there must be open, honest communication at all times.
  9. We have zero tolerance for those behaviors that will bring about strife and separation among the body of Christ.
  10. We emphasize the importance of not stepping out too soon. The area that participants are not quite ready for will be recognized, and teaching provided to assist them in getting ready.
  11. We pray, praise, and worship together. We give God thanks for all victories.
  12. We share our lifes struggles openly and honestly. This sharing is part of the healing process.
  13. We understand that we must overcome soulful hurts and unhealthy relationships.
  14. We share the need to always follow the direction of the Holy Spirit.
  15. Nothing is about power, position or anything else that will keep us from doing the will of the Lord.
  16. We encourage the participants to welcome diversity in ministry.

SCRIPTURES TO LIVE BY

"And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; or else the new wine will burst the wineskins and be spilled, and the wineskins will be ruined. But new wine must be put into new wineskins, and both are preserved. And no one, having drunk old wine, immediately desires new; for he says, "The old is better".  Luke 5:37-39

The Divine Purpose for our "Tests and Trials" is to cause us to:

  • OBEY God and His Word.
  • Have a more TEACHABLE SPIRIT
  • Seek God for HELP
  • Seek God for a spiritual HEALING
  • See GODS PLAN while in your tests
  • Stop existing and START LIVING
