Destiny (des' ti ne)
(1) The fate to which a person or thing is destined.
(2) the preordained or predetermined ordering of events.
Destination (des tre n shen)
(1) The point or place set for a journey to end, or to which something is directed.
(2) the purpose or end for which anything is created or intended.
(3) the act of designating or appointing.
