Motto:                                                      Extending our hands to Reach lost and hurting women by sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ in our city, state, country and world.                   

Vision Statement:      A gathering of servants committed to sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with the residents of the City of Springfield, Central Illinois, the United States, and the world.

Goal:                           Developing an understanding of women in accordance with the word of God.  Setting aside economic, racial, denominational, educational, and any other separators and focusing on the goal of leading unsaved, hurting, and dying women to Christ.  

Objective:                  * To break the cycle of isolation, shame, and loneliness among women

*To express, develop and nurture the greater truth of who we are in Christ Jesus

*To learn how to support other women without enabling and hindering their growth

*To educate other women in that which you have experienced, participated, and overcome that now allows you to walk in HEALTHINESS of spirit, heart, soul, mind and body

*To learn both accountability and confidentiality through diverse relationships;

*To provide a drinking well of resources that others may draw from to enhance the quality of their lives

*To strengthen and continually equip other women to reach a lost, hurt, and dying world.

*To encourage fellowship with one another not only in our neighborhoods, but also with a church body

What does Reach do for you?

It allows you to reach outside yourself and toward others. 

It causes you to do self-examination on a daily basis. 

It causes spiritual growth to occur due to the consistency of studying and examining the Word of God.

It prepares you to be ready to minister to others in season and out of season.  

It teaches you to hear clearly from the Lord.

It lightens your workload because you receive your directions from the Holy Spirit.  He simplifies it by answering the questions of who, what, when, where, why and how. 

It connects you to others who share common goals, objectives, purposes and beliefs. 

It is an excellent forum for training, nurturing and growing up women leaders.

It increases your prayer and meditation life.  

It gives you a boldness to walk in the things of God.

It ministers to your individual needs.

Why does Reach work?

1.      All that is done falls under the direction of the Holy Spirit.  God gets all the glory.

2.      It comes from God.

3.      Love is the common denominator.  Love for God, yourself and then others.

4.      Women are met at their point of need.

5.      Women work together and minister to each other.

6.      It is not connected to traditional methods and procedures; it is done God's way.

7.      Women are hungry and seeking God like never before, and it satisfies that hunger.

8.      The deliverance that the women receive comes from Word knowledge not the lying on of hands.

9.      Everything is based on the Word of God.

10. Women are taught who they are in Christ, and are given the tools to minister to others.

11. It is understood that we must be real with each other.  We lay aside all pride, self-will and masks that blind us.

12. Soulish ties are important, but spiritual ties are what we accentuate.
